grounding you. Whisper: I Am safe, I Am supported, I belong on Earth.

Move to your lower abdomen. Feel orange light flowing. Say: I Am creative, I honor my emotions, I flow with life.

Breathe into your stomach. Golden light expands. Affirm: I Am powerful, I

trust the divine within me.

point between spirit and matter, Heaven and Earth. When we awaken to this truth, our body becomes the sacred bridge through which divine energy moves.
Each chakra opens as a gate of light, allowing the Spirit of God to rise from the Root to the Crown. In this movement, the human becomes the living ladder Jacob saw in his vision, a

pathway of ascending and descending light. We are both the vessel and the current, the temple and the flame. Through awareness, prayer, and love, we realize that Heaven is not above us but within us, unfolding wherever the divine breath meets our awakened heart.
